Therapy offers a steady, compassionate space to untangle the emotions and stories you're carrying. Together, we’ll explore what’s asking for attention – gently and at your pace.

  • Identity loss, low self-worth, challenges around boundaries

  • Breakups, divorce, or relational grief

  • Chronic illness or post-surgery recovery

  • Feeling stuck, unseen, or emotionally overwhelmed

  • Unspoken grief – for the life you imagined, or the one that didn’t unfold

How I work

My approach is integrative and relational – combining psychodynamic and person-centred therapy with embodied practices like guided visualisation and grounding tools.

I hold space online for women across the UK, creating a confidential, calming container for your healing.

Energy Exchange

Sessions are offered on a weekly basis, providing consistent, grounded support.

​

  • Initial Consultation (50 minutes) – £40

  • Ongoing Therapy Sessions (Online via Zoom – 50 minutes) – £70

  • In-Person Therapy Sessions (Margate, Kent – 50 minutes) – £75
