Hi, I’m Sarah, and welcome to Rose & Sage.

I’m a BACP-registered Psychotherapeutic Counsellor with over a decade of experience supporting women through times of change and emotional overwhelm.
​
Whether you’re navigating grief, menopause, miscarriage, relationship endings, identity shifts, or something that feels harder to name, I offer a calm, compassionate space where you can slow down, breathe, and begin to feel more connected to yourself.

My work is relational, shaped by psychodynamic and person-centred approaches. I take time to get to know you and the experiences that have shaped your inner world, moving at a pace that feels right for you.
I don’t see therapy as fixing something that is broken, but as creating space for the parts of you that have been carrying too much, for feelings that haven’t yet found words, and for a deeper understanding of yourself.
Alongside my counselling work, Rose & Sage also holds space for women’s circles and gentle, nature-based experiences held in woodland settings. These offer opportunities for reflection, connection, and grounding, and are separate from individual therapy, though they’re guided by the same values of care, safety, and respect.

I welcome women from all backgrounds, cultures, and sexual orientations, and I offer a confidential, non-judgemental space.
